Documents Needed for Registration
Returning Students
Current Proof of Residence (electric bill, water bill, or rental/lease agreement) must be under the parent's/guardian's name; if not, an Affidavit of Residence is required.
Government-issued Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Updated Immunization Record
New to the District Students
Current Proof of Residence (electric bill, water bill, or rental/lease agreement) must be under the parent's/guardian's name; if not, an Affidavit of Residence is required.
Student's Birth Certificate

Updated Immunization Record

Log into the Parent Portal
Once in the Parent Portal, click on the "Registration" button
Complete all forms
Click "Finish and Submit to District" on the last form
Campuses will verify your forms
Pick up your child's Class Schedule on the assigned date. Required
Never enrolled at Eagle Pass ISD campus.
Login or Create Account on the Parent Portal
Click the User icon (top right corner) and select "My Account"
Click "Enroll New a Student"
Completes Steps 1 - 6 in the "New Student Enrollment" section
Click "Enroll Student"
Call or go by your child's campus (Registration Key required)
Campuses will verify all information on all forms
Campuses will provide a Portal ID to "Add Student" to Parent Portal Account
Complete "New Student Additional forms" under "Maintain Student Data" section

Campus staff will review the submitted Pre-K Screener and determine eligibility starting Wednesday, July 17, 2024.
STEP 4:
Campus staff will notify parent/guardian of their child's eligibility status starting Monday, July 22, 2024.

Log on to Your Account
Families registering returning students to Eagle Pass ISD should log in to their Parent Portal account. Families who have not previously created an account on the new parent portal may do so by clicking on the Create Account tab in the Parent Portal.

Find Your School
Find your student's school assignment by using the Eagle Pass ISD Attendance Zone Map and refer to the instructions on the page.

Register Online
Students who have previously attended Eagle Pass ISD must be registered as a returning student. The returning student online registration forms will have pre-populated information from the student's current record. Some data (appears grayed out) will be view-only. You will have to visit the child's campus to make these changes.
Note: Only Parent/Guardian contacts are able to use the online registration system.

Gather Documents
All returning students are required to have Expedited Proof of Residence (Current Lease agreement, electric bill, water bill, or Affidavit of Residence Statement) for the 2024-2025 school year.
Please note that additional documentation may be requested at the campus to complete the child's registration.
New to the District Students (Never enrolled at Eagle Pass ISD)

Create an Account
For parents registering new students to Eagle Pass ISD, a Parent Portal account must be created before you can access the online registration system. To create an Parent Portal account visit Ascender Parent Portal and click on the Create Account tab.
