Documents Needed for Registration

Returning Students

New to the District Students

Previously enrolled at an Eagle Pass ISD campus.

Never enrolled at Eagle Pass ISD campus.

STEP 1:

Collect the required documents.

STEP 2:

Complete and submit the online Pre-K Screener starting Monday, June 26, 2023.

STEP 3:

Campus staff will review the submitted Pre-K Screener and determine eligibility starting Monday, July 17, 2023.

STEP 4:

Campus staff will notify parent/guardian of their child's eligibility status starting Wednesday, July 19, 2023.

To be eligible for Pre-K, a child must be four years of age on or before September 1st and meet at least one of the state eligibility requirements:

Log on to Your Account

Families registering returning students to Eagle Pass ISD should log in to their Parent Portal account. Families who have not previously created an account on the new parent portal may do so by clicking on the Create Account  tab in the Parent Portal.

Find Your School

Find your student's school assignment by using the Eagle Pass ISD Attendance Zone Map and refer to the instructions on the page.

Register Online

Students who have previously attended Eagle Pass ISD must be registered as a returning student. The returning student online registration forms will have pre-populated information from the student's current record. Some data (appears grayed out) will be view-only. You will have to visit the child's campus to make these changes.  

Note: Only Parent/Guardian contacts are able to use the online registration system.

Gather Documents

All returning students are required to have Expedited Proof of Residence (Current Lease agreement, electric bill, water bill, or Affidavit of Residence Statement) for the 2022-2023 school year. 

Please note that additional documentation may be requested at the campus to complete the child's registration. 

New to the District Students (Never enrolled at Eagle Pass ISD)

 Create an Account

For parents registering new students to Eagle Pass ISD, a Parent Portal account must be created before you can access the online registration system. To create an Parent Portal account visit Ascender Parent Portal and click on the Create Account tab.

  Register Online

Once your account has been created you can begin the online registration process.

  Gather Documents

Parents registering students new to the Eagle Pass ISD will need to provide the following documentation at the child's campus:

Returning Students: Log on and complete the Returning Student Enrollment process.

New Students: If you are new to the district and wish to enroll a student, click Create Account.
